The Reports system provides insights into your business through pre-built reports covering revenue, customers, jobs, invoices, and more. Export data for further analysis or record-keeping.
Getting Started
Reports are available immediately - no setup required. Access reports from the Reports page in the sidebar.

Generating Reports
Step-by-Step: Generate a Report
- Navigate to Reports in the sidebar

- Select report type from list

- Configure report parameters:

- Date Range: Select start and end dates
- Filters: Apply additional filters (customer, service, status, etc.)
- Grouping: Choose how to group data (optional)
- Click "Generate Report"

- Report displays with data

- Review report results

Report Parameters
- Date Range: Start and end dates for data
- Customer Filter: Specific customers or all
- Service Filter: Specific services or all
- Status Filter: Filter by status (jobs, invoices, etc.)
- Team Filter: Filter by team (if applicable)
- Grouping: How to group results

Troubleshooting
Report not generating
- Check date range: Ensure valid date range is selected
- Verify data: Ensure you have data for selected period
- Refresh page: Try refreshing and generating again
- Check filters: Remove filters to see if they're causing issue
Report shows no data
- Check date range: Expand date range
- Verify filters: Remove or adjust filters
- Check permissions: Ensure your role has access to data
- Verify data exists: Confirm data exists for selected criteria
Export not working
- Check browser: Try different browser
- Allow downloads: Ensure browser allows downloads
- Check file size: Large exports may take time
- Try different format: Try CSV instead of Excel or vice versa
Report loading slowly
- Reduce date range: Use shorter date ranges
- Remove filters: Fewer filters may improve performance
- Wait: Large reports may take time to generate
- Contact support: If consistently slow
Can't access reports
