Understand and manage notifications in Turf Pro Logic. Configure what notifications you receive and how you receive them.

Overview

The Notifications system keeps you informed about important events in your business including job assignments, invoice payments, customer updates, and system alerts.

Getting Started

Notifications are enabled by default. Configure your preferences in:

  • SettingsAccount"Notifications"
  • Or access via notification center (bell icon)

Notification Types

Job Notifications

  • Job Assigned: When a job is assigned to you or your team
  • Job Updated: When assigned job details change
  • Job Completed: When a job is marked complete
  • Job Cancelled: When a job is cancelled

Invoice Notifications

  • Invoice Paid: When customer pays an invoice
  • Invoice Overdue: When invoice becomes overdue
  • Payment Received: When payment is recorded

Customer Notifications

  • New Customer: When new customer is added
  • Customer Updated: When customer information changes

Estimate Notifications

  • Estimate Accepted: When customer accepts estimate
  • Estimate Rejected: When customer rejects estimate

Team Notifications

  • Team Member Added: When someone joins your team
  • Team Assignment: When job is assigned to your team

System Notifications

  • System Updates: Important system updates
  • Maintenance Alerts: Scheduled maintenance notifications
  • Account Alerts: Account-related alerts

Access all notifications in one place.

Viewing Notifications

  1. Click notification bell icon (top right)

  • Unread notifications at top
  • Read notifications below
  • Grouped by type or date

Notification Actions

  • Mark as Read: Click notification to mark as read
  • View Details: Click to go to related item
  • Dismiss: Remove notification from list
  • Mark All Read: Mark all notifications as read

Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive.

Email Notifications

  1. Go to SettingsAccount"Notifications"

  • Invoice Notifications: Receive invoice emails
  • Customer Notifications: Receive customer emails

OWNER and EMPLOYEE

  • All business notifications
  • Customer updates
  • Invoice payments
  • System alerts
  • Team notifications

TEAM_LEADER

  • Team job assignments
  • Team member updates
  • Assigned job notifications
  • Limited business notifications

TEAM_MEMBER

  • Personal job assignments
  • Job update notifications
  • Limited other notifications

Common Tasks

Viewing Unread Notifications

Troubleshooting

Not receiving notifications

  • Check preferences: Verify notifications are enabled
  • Check email: Ensure email address is correct
  • Check spam: Look in spam/junk folder
  • Review settings: Check notification settings
  • Refresh: Try refreshing page

Too many notifications

  • Adjust preferences: Disable unnecessary notifications
  • Use filters: Filter notifications by type
  • Mark as read: Regularly clear read notifications
  • Review settings: Fine-tune notification preferences

Notifications not appearing

  • Check browser: Ensure browser allows notifications
  • Check permissions: Verify notification permissions
  • Refresh page: Try refreshing
  • Clear cache: Clear browser cache

Can't disable notifications

  • Check role: Some notifications may be required
  • Verify settings: Ensure you're in correct settings section
  • Try again: Refresh and try again
  • Contact support: If issue persists
