Create lead capture forms, embed them on your website, and automatically capture leads into Turf Pro Logic.
Overview
Lead Forms allow you to create customizable web forms that capture lead information and automatically create leads in your system. Perfect for website contact forms and lead generation.
Getting Started
Access Lead Forms from:
- Leads → "Forms" in the sidebar
- Or Leads → "Lead Forms"
Creating Forms
Step-by-Step: Create a New Form
- Navigate to Leads → Forms

- Click "New Form" or the plus icon

- Enter form details:

- Form Name: Internal name for the form
- Description: Where this form will be used
- Configure form fields:

- Name: Lead name (required)
- Email: Email address (required)
- Phone: Phone number (optional)
- Address: Property address (optional)
- Message: Additional message (optional)
- Custom Fields: Add custom fields if needed
- Configure form settings:

- Thank You Message: Message shown after submission
- Redirect URL: Where to redirect after submission (optional)
- Notification Email: Email to notify of submissions (optional)
- Click "Save Form"

Form Information
- Form Name: Internal name
- Description: Form purpose
- Fields: What information is collected
- Settings: Form behavior settings
- Embed Code: Code to embed form
Embedding Forms
Getting Embed Code
- Open form detail page

- Click "Get Embed Code" or "Embed" button

- Copy embed code

- Paste into your website

Embedding on Website
- Copy embed code from form

- Paste into your website HTML

- Form appears on your website

- Submissions automatically create leads

Form Link
- Open form detail page

- Click "Get Form Link" or "Share"

- Copy form link

- Share link directly

- Visitors can fill out form via link

Form Submissions
Viewing Submissions
- Go to Leads → Forms

- Click on form name

- Navigate to "Submissions" tab

- View all form submissions:

- Submission date
- Lead information
- Form data
Submission Details
- Click on submission

- View complete submission:

- All form fields
- Submission date/time
- Source information
- Convert to lead if not already

Converting Submissions
- Open submission

- Click "Convert to Lead" (if not automatic)

- Lead is created

- Can then convert to customer

Form Customization
Customizing Appearance
- Open form settings

- Configure:

- Colors: Match your brand
- Fonts: Choose fonts
- Layout: Form layout options
- Preview form

- Save changes

Adding Custom Fields
- When creating/editing form

- Click "Add Custom Field"

- Configure field:

- Field Name: Label for field
- Field Type: Text, Number, Dropdown, etc.
- Required: Whether field is required
- Add multiple custom fields

- Save form

Common Tasks
Testing Forms
- Open form detail page

- Click "Preview" or "Test Form"

- Fill out test form

- Submit test

- Verify submission appears

Viewing Form Analytics
- Open form detail page

- View analytics:

- Total submissions
- Submission rate
- Recent submissions
- Conversion rate
Deactivating Forms
- Open form detail page

- Toggle "Active" off

- Form stops accepting submissions

- Can be reactivated later

Troubleshooting
Form not submitting
- Check fields: Ensure required fields are filled
- Test form: Test form to verify it works
- Check embed: Verify embed code is correct
- Review settings: Check form settings
Submissions not appearing
- Check form: Verify form is active
- Refresh page: Try refreshing submissions list
- Wait a moment: Submissions may take a moment
- Check spam: Verify submissions aren't being filtered
Embed code not working
- Check code: Verify embed code is complete
- Test embed: Test on test page first
- Check website: Ensure website allows embeds
- Try link: Use form link as alternative
Can't customize form
- Check permissions: Only OWNER and EMPLOYEE can edit
- Verify form: Ensure form exists
- Try again: Refresh and try again
- Contact support: If issue persists
