Overview

Turf Pro Logic offers three subscription plans to fit businesses of all sizes. This guide covers plan features, billing management, and subscription changes.

Subscription Plans

Starter Plan - Free

Price: $0/month
Customer Limit: Up to 25 customers
Features:

Best For: Small businesses just getting started

Professional Plan - $59.99/month

Price: $59.99/month
Customer Limit: Unlimited customers

  • Multi-Step Programs
  • Chemical Applications & Inventory
  • Advanced integrations
  • Priority support

Best For: Established businesses with teams and advanced needs

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling (or click Billing & Plans in account menu)
  2. View your current plan details:
    • Plan name and price
    • Billing cycle (monthly)
    • Next billing date
    • Customer limit and usage
    • Feature access

Upgrade to access more features and higher customer limits.

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • Immediate Access: New features available immediately
  • Prorated Billing: Charged for difference between plans
  • Customer Limit: Higher limit takes effect immediately
  • No Data Loss: All existing data remains intact

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrade to a lower plan if you no longer need advanced features.

Managing Payment Methods

Update your payment method for subscription billing.

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling

Subscription Status

Monitor your subscription status.

Active Subscription

  • Subscription is active and in good standing
  • All features available
  • Automatic billing on schedule

Trial Period

  • Free trial period (if applicable)
  • Full feature access
  • No charge during trial
  • Converts to paid plan at trial end

Payment Failed

  • Payment method declined
  • Subscription may be paused
  • Update payment method to reactivate
  • Contact support if issue persists

Cancelled

  • Subscription cancelled
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No future charges
  • Can reactivate before period ends

Free Trial

New accounts may include a free trial period.

Trial Features

  • Full access to selected plan features
  • No credit card required (for Starter plan)
  • Trial period typically 14 days
  • Automatic conversion to paid plan (if credit card on file)

  • Extend Trial: Contact support for extension requests
  • End Trial Early: Convert to paid plan anytime

Troubleshooting

Payment method declined

  • Check card: Verify card is valid and not expired
  • Update card: Add new payment method
  • Contact bank: Check with bank for any blocks
  • Try different card: Use alternative payment method

Can't upgrade plan

  • Check payment method: Ensure valid payment method on file
  • Verify account: Ensure account is in good standing
  • Contact support: If issue persists, contact support@turfprologic.com

Billing invoice not received

  • Check email: Verify email address in account settings
  • Check spam: Look in spam/junk folder
  • Download manually: Download from Billing History
  • Update email: Change email in account settings if needed

Subscription shows as cancelled but still active

  • Check date: Cancellation takes effect at period end
  • Verify status: Check billing period end date
  • Contact support: If status seems incorrect

Can't access features after upgrade

  • Refresh page: Try refreshing browser
  • Sign out/in: Sign out and sign back in
  • Wait a moment: Changes may take a few minutes to propagate
  • Contact support: If issue persists

Charged incorrectly

  • Review billing: Check billing history for charges
  • Contact support: Email support@turfprologic.com with details
  • Provide information: Include invoice number and issue description
